ISIDE (Improving Social Impact for the Development of Enterprise) is a project funded by the Erasmus+ program. The project is developed around two main priorities: addressing SMEs’ digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity; and environmental protection and the fight against climate change.

The main aim of the project is to adapt vocational education and training to labour market needs with two priorities: environment and fight against climate change and addressing digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity.

Results:

  1. Design and development of a learning programme related to sustainability and social impact for enterprises. 
  2. Materials to support the sustainability and social innovation of enterprises and to guide teachers, VET trainers and consultants in assessing and advising enterprises to improve their social impact.
  3. Organisation of activities to support entreprises in the elaboration of action plans to redefine their business models 
  4. Promote networking between trainers, teachers, experts, consultants and SME’s workers on social impact.
