What is included in a membership?
All our Memberships include the following services:
• High-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected at all times.
• Comfortable workspaces with ergonomic chairs and desks, ready for you to dive into work.
• A dedicated Community Manager to help with networking and offer additional support whenever you need it.
• A variety of events, workshops, and community activities to keep you engaged and growing.
• Phone booths for private calls, plus up to 50% discount on our fully equipped meeting rooms. Certain memberships get meeting room credit each month – ask us about it!
• Unlimited coffee, tea, and even cookies to fuel your day.
• Access to both Impact Hub locations in Lisbon.
• Use of our address for receiving your mail and packages.

Does the Membership have a minimum term?
Our Membership has a minimum term of 1 month. You can cancel our Memberships by the 15th for the following month.
Do I need to book a workspace in advance?
While it is not obligatory, we highly recommend you book a desk in advance to guarantee availability. You can book via the booking form on our website or by email at [email protected]
Can I bring my own office furniture and other equipment?
Our workspaces are fully equipped, and we also have computer monitors available for hire (subject to availability). If you register for a Fixed Desk, you are welcome to bring your own equipment and set up your space as desired. However, you cannot bring your own desks or chairs.

During what hours can I use the workspaces?
Our locations are open from Monday to Friday, from 9h00 to 18h00. If you are a Fixed Desk or Private Office member, you have 24/7 access with a keycard.
Can I also work in other Impact Hub locations?
As a member of Impact Hub Lisbon, you’ll have access to both of our locations (subject to availability). Plus, you can work for free at any of the 100+ Impact Hubs around the world for up to 3 days a year at each hub.
Is there a printer and other office supplies on-site?
There is a color and black & white A4 printer. We also have additional office and workshop materials on-site; simply ask our staff.
