This event will unite key stakeholders in Lisbon’s ecosystem with leaders from the global Impact Hub community, to inspire and enable collaborations that will shape the future of the city. We will also be celebrating three years at Impact Hub Lisbon, reviewing some of the successes and exploring what the future holds.
Inspiring a Better Future for Lisbon
We will showcase best practices from the global Impact Hub community, demonstrating the vital role local Impact Hubs have played in creating positive social change across five continents. Examples will include collaborations with local government, international businesses and NGOs, demonstrating their unique ability to leverage their global network to develop local solutions.

Tatiana is a Co-Founder and Director of Impact Hub Amsterdam. Their report ‘Building a City Ecosystem for Impact‘ demonstrates how city authorities can collaborate with Impact Hubs to create a thriving urban social enterprise sector. Together they are solving societal challenges in an entrepreneurial way.

Christoph is the Board President and Co-founder of Impact Hub Zurich and Co-President of the Impact Hub Switzerland Association, which is delivering The Circular Economy Transition and Accelerate 2030 programs. These demonstrate how Impact Hubs can work with global partners such as the UNDP to innovate for sustainability anywhere from the cantons of Switzerland to the cities of the global south.

William is the Co-Founder and CEO of Impact Hub Accra. He and his team are focused on transforming neighbourhood spaces into activated living and work places. The services they provide to the city of Accra demonstrate the intermediary role Impact Hubs can play in addressing challenges such as exclusion from access to affordable housing and secure employment.

Bruno is the Community and Communications Manager here at Impact Hub Lisbon. He is also the Founding Director of Urban Growth, a social enterprise that creates and maintains green spaces in London to improve wellbeing. He first joined Impact Hub as a member in 2013, and has been a passionate advocate for and participant in their work ever since. He will outline some of the challenges and opportunities facing Lisbon in the coming decade, and will articulate a vision of the role Impact Hub Lisbon can play in addressing them.
