She completed a degree in International Relations and Design, and a Master in Community Psychosociology and Social Ecology in Brasil. She is founder at Gastronomia Viva, a nomad laboratory about food practices, research, and self-development through connection with food. Gabriela is part of the Transition Towns Movement as an international facilitator and researcher. She also develops courses as facilitator and coordinator for Ecovillage Design for Sustainability, Transition, and Resilience at Gaia Education in Brasil and Portugal. Her main interests are on conscious food, food practices, design thinking, sustainability, transition and regeneration processes in all scales from human to the planet.
