Food for Thought 3

In our 3rd edition of Food for Thought, we saw 5 members come together to share food, ideas and good will.

Zero Waste Youth prepared a massive vegan risotto with products bought at the new, zero waste grocer Zero Laboratório, just around the corner from us. They proposed 3 challenges they face, now that they’re setting up business in greater Lisbon. Cami from ZWY confirmed that the IH community never disappoints:

“The meeting was very enlightening and with several insights. In addition to going through the difficulty of clearly exposing my challenges, the community, with a high level of knowledges on various issues, knew how to clear the paths and motivate me even more.”
